Go to account settings and select 'Delete Account'. This permanently removes all your data — resumes, interview recordings, and personal information. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you're on a paid plan, you'll be refunded the unused portion of your billing period.

Our ATS score is calibrated against real-world behaviour of major applicant tracking systems including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and iCIMS. It's a strong indicator, not a guarantee — different companies configure their ATS differently. A score of 80+ puts you in a strong position for most roles.

Yes. Free users can maintain one active resume. Paid users can create and save unlimited resume versions — useful if you are applying to different types of roles and need a tailored version for each.

Yes. Export as PDF or DOCX anytime. If you leave Exibell, you can download everything through the data export feature in your account settings.

Courses cover technical skills (data analysis, programming basics) and soft skills (leadership, negotiation, public speaking). Each includes video lessons, exercises, and quizzes. The AI recommends courses based on your goals and the gaps in your profile.

Short answer: yes. Everything is encrypted (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). We don't sell your data to recruiters or anyone else. Interview recordings are only used for your feedback and aren't shared. You can download or delete all your data anytime from account settings.

No. Your resume is only visible to you unless you explicitly share it. We do not send your resume to recruiters, employers, or any third party. Exibell is a tool for you — not a job board or recruiter marketplace.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 24 hours. We don't hold on to data after deletion — no 90-day retention periods or archived backups of your personal files.

Mock interview recordings are stored temporarily to generate your feedback. Once feedback is delivered, you can delete recordings from your account at any time. We do not use recordings to train AI models or share them with any third party.
